AKENTA SUB VERMENTINO SARDEGNA DOC SPARKLING (SINGLE 75CL)

A limited number of bottles of Akenta spumante wine, produced from a selection of Vementino di Sardegna DOC grapes, are left to age at a depth of around 40 metres. The underwater ageing is a magic moment, which creates a wine in a class of its own. Akenta Sub, an extraordinary wine that has a unique story to tell.  Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has intense aromas of white and yellow flowers and good fruit which combines perfectly with a light note of crusty bread.  Good body, fresh and soft with a very pleasant flavour and a fine and persistent perlage.
