If 5 working days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Perishable & exempt goods
Because we handle fresh produce, several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Fresh Food: Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods such as fruit, vegetables, and dairy cannot be returned once delivered and accepted
- Health & Personal Care: Items for hygiene and safety reasons
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids and similar items
- Gift Cards: These are non-refundable
Damaged or quality issues
We take great pride in the quality of our produce. If your items arrive damaged or are of unsatisfactory quality:
We handle these cases with priority and will offer a replacement or credit where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-perishable item for the same product, send us an email and mail your item to the address below.

To return dry goods, please mail them to:

Important: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For orders over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
