How do I place an order?
Go to our online store, place your order. Select your preferred shipping method and payment and your order is ready to go.
Some items are variable price, what do I do?
For certain produce, the price is only available on request.
Press the "Request Quote" button on a Product's Card, or "Request a Wholesale Quote" on the Product's Page to open a popup where you can fill out your details. We will get back to you as quick as we can with the current price. If you accept the price, you can confirm your order, and we will add the products at the agreed-upon price to your order.

What happens if a product is unavailable?
If it becomes known that a product is unavailable after you already placed your order, you will immediately be informed and refunded the price of that product.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment options include card (debit or credit cards) or PayPal.
Premium Customers are invoiced separately.
Is there a minimum order?
No, but there is a £70 delivery fee, reduced by £7 for every £100 spent.

How often do Seasonal Products update?
We update the availability of our fresh produce every week to ensure you always have access to the freshest seasonal items. This means our stock reflects what's currently at peak ripeness and quality, giving you the best selection throughout the year.
Does it cost money to be a Premium Customer?
If you fill out our registration form, and are accepted as a Premium Customer, there is no additional price.
What if I want to buy products in small amounts?
This website is for wholesale purchases for businesses. For individual products, check out our B2C Store!
How often do you deliver?
We deliver twice a week, depending on when you placed your order. If you order before Monday, 1PM, your order will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. If you order before Thursday, 1PM, your order will be delivered on Monday of Tuesday of the following week.
