With a fine, granular texture and pale straw-yellow colour, it offers a mild, savoury and slightly nutty flavour with a fragrant aroma typical of Grana Padano. Produced in northern Italy under PDO standards, it is made from partially skimmed cow’s milk and aged to develop its characteristic taste.
