The queen of Sicilian pastry, prepared with real sheep’s milk ricotta cream and decorated with the typical candied fruit. Sicilian cassata is a dessert that traditionally cannot be missed at the end of the festival.
Consume the product after thawing it for about a couple of hours. Once thawed, the product must be stored in the fridge at a positive temperature +4 then consumed within 5 days.
